Ventro, Virginia. Died January 7, 2012 surrounded by her five children in Stuart, FL. Wife of the late A. George Ventro, beloved mother of Carol Ann Geissler (Brian), Georgina Richardson (Ashby), Karen Stookey (Stephen), George Ventro (Judith), and Perry Ventro. Treasured Grandmother of Gina Lally, Scott Geissler, Ashby and Christopher Richardson, Bridget Banta, Stephane Stookey Osorio, Angela and George Ventro in addition to 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Dear Sister of Shirley (Jim) Pacella, Anthony Recchia, Mary Alice and the late Dolly Benedetti and Viola Wrobel.
A long time resident of Grosse Ile, MI, Virginia became a full time resident of Palm City, FL. She was a member of the Women's Guild of Holy Redeemer Parish. Once an avid golfer, Virginia and George were original members of the Stuart Yacht and Country Club. They were also members of Grosse Ile Golf & Country Club and Meadowbrook Country Club.
