Toby was born on June 18, 1965 in Lexington, Kentucky and died on December 7, 2018 at his home in Woodhaven at the age of 53. Beloved husband of 34 years to Mary. Cherished dad of Daniel, Kimberly and David. Proud grandpa of Kierstyn, Kaeson and Ezekiel. Loving son of Oscar and the late Glenna (nee: Cecil). Dearest brother of the late Danny, James "Mikie" (Cheryl) and the late Charlie. Dearest son-in-law of Linda Steinberg and to the late Don Cogdill. Also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends. Toby was the owner of Handy Car Clean Co, Inc. located in Brownstown Twp. His family was his love in life and he enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Toby attended Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church in Taylor and Woodhaven Free Will Baptist Church. Memorial contributions to honor his life may be made to the family and may be made payable to Mary Banks.
